If you’re looking for an activity that helps your child stay active while developing confidence, discipline, and focus, youth boxing may be the perfect fit.

At MK Boxing in Billerica, our kids’ boxing programs are designed to help children improve their fitness, coordination, and self-confidence in a safe, supportive environment. Whether your child is completely new to boxing or already has experience, our coaches work with each student at their individual skill level.

Summer Kids Boxing Program

Beginning June 29, 2026, MK Boxing will offer a 5-week youth boxing program.

Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
9:30 AM – 11:00 AM

Parents can choose how many days per week their child attends.

This extended program allows students to spend additional time developing technique, conditioning, footwork, and overall athletic ability while training alongside experienced coaches.

Ongoing Saturday Kids Boxing Program

Children in Kindergarten through 3rd Grade can join our continuing Saturday boxing program.

When: Saturdays, 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM

This program provides a fun introduction to boxing while helping children build confidence, fitness, learn new skills, stay active, and have fun!

 

Kids Boxing Classes in Billerica

Our youth boxing programs include instruction in:

  • Proper boxing technique
  • Footwork and movement
  • Mitt work
  • Heavy bag training
  • Boxing combinations
  • Conditioning exercises
  • Coordination drills
  • Controlled sparring with instructors when appropriate

All training is supervised by experienced coaches in a safe and structured environment.
