The gym reopened on Wednesday on July 15 after a few months of Covid-19 lockdown.
We need to keep one another safe.
We plan on having a number of boxing and kickboxing classes outside for a change. As well as, we also plan on taking out some of the big tires and other conditioning equipment for our workouts.
It will be extremely important for all of us to do the right thing, and make sure we wipe down our equipment. The gym will have plenty of soap, sanitizer and wipes to go around.
