The Kids 6-week Intro To Boxing class will begin again In January. Class slots are Tuesday 1/24/2023 from 4-5, and the other class is scheduled for Saturday 1//28/2023 9:30-10:30am. Cost is $169 for one class, and $318 for both classes. Please reserve a spot with the gym. You can also go through Burlington and Billerica Recreation Departments if you live in those towns.
Sparring class Monday’s 1/23/2023 from 3:30-4:30. This is a contact class with other kids and instructors. Please contact coach Mike if interested for details.
Permanent Kids class every week is coming in 2023 for certain grades.
Children will learn how to slip and avoid punches. The focus on technique, form, conditioning, power, speed, timing, coordination and balance will be emphasized.
