Intro to Kids Boxing classes
This is a 6-week course. Safety policies will be discussed with each parent when registering.
Tuesdays – May 4 – June 8, 2021 (6 weeks)
Time: 4–5 pm
Saturdays – May 8 – June 12, 2021 (6 weeks)
Time 9:30-10:30 am
Cost:
$149 for 1 class (gloves are included)
$280 for both classes (gloves are included)

Advanced Kids Boxing Classes
This is a contact class with sparring and headgear required. You must have boxing experience for this class. Class size is very limited so call and reserve your spot.
Monday – May 3 – June 7, 2021 (6 weeks)
Time: 3:30pm-4:30 pm.
Cost:
$229 (with headgear included which we supply)
$199 for those that already have headgear.

How does the boxing class look like?
During the boxing class, we focus on footwork, coordination, power, speed, focus mitts, bag work, boxing combinations, and conditioning.
During our children, boxing classes all contact will be practiced using protective shields, pads, focus mitts, and heavy bags led by an instructor. There is no direct contact with one student striking another student.
Children will learn how to slip and avoid punches. The focus on technique, form, conditioning, power, speed, timing, coordination and balance will be emphasized.
Classes are good for kids of 1st grade and up.
