Kids and Teens Boxing classes in MK Boxing Gym
How does the boxing class look like?
We will be focusing on more advanced skills and sparring among the kids selected. The class will be supervised by our coaches and will require mouthpieces and headgear.
Children will learn how to slip and avoid punches. The focus on technique, form, conditioning, speed, coordination, and balance will be emphasized.
If you have never boxed or participated in passing basic skills at MK Boxing, you cannot do this class.
Space is definitely limited. Intermediate training will be limited to 10-12 kids only.
- Monday 3/15-4/19 at 3:30-4:30 pm (6 weeks).
The cost is $229 (includes headgear; mouthpieces must be purchased by parents).
Intro To Boxing Kids Class
Our regular Intro To Boxing Kids Class will start:
- Tuesday 3/16-4/20 from 4-5pm
- Saturday 3/20-4/24 from 9:30-10:30 am
