Everyone’s life changed a lot since the epidemic had spread. This is not easy for anybody and it’s even harder for people who face social and health challenges.

The idea of wearing a face mask during a day may not be pleasant at all (though, it’s one of the effective ways to prevent the spread of COVID-19).

It’s hard not to do things that we got used to and not seeing our family and friends so often as it was before.

Quarantine fatigue is real and it’s totally understandable.  And no one should feel bad, beat themselves up, or judge anyone else for feeling quarantine fatigue.

To retain our mental and body health, it’s vital that we take care of ourselves by eating healthy, staying in touch with people we care about,  and, of course, by exercising.

To combat quarantine fatigue, get outside, but do so safely. Don’t let it prevent you from seeing anybody or interacting with anybody if you can do so safely. You still can enjoy life.

Here in MK Boxing, we work hard to help you to stay healthy and fit. We follow health guidelines to keep the gym environment safe for everyone. The gym has plenty of soap, sanitizer, and wipes to go around.
