Your children are welcome to enroll in the new Kids Boxing Classes Program, designed to support their development.

Training in boxing will make your kids stronger. Apart from physical benefits, this sport is also great for anti-bullying since children will gain confidence and self-assurance.

Intro to Boxing for Kids, 6-week Program

Cost per person: $169.00

Begins:

  • Tuesday,  September 17, 2024–10/22/2024.
  • Saturday, September 21, 2024–10/26/2024 9:30-10:30 am.

Pick either a Tuesday or Saturday or both classes based on your schedule

Intro to Boxing classes for Kids

Time: 4–5 pm

If you live in Billerica or Burlington, you can register with them through their recreation departments. Please register early to reserve a spot. Only so many spots are available for each class.

 

Boxing classes for 4-10 grades children

These are 12-week classes on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm.

Cost is $279 for 1 day a week for 12 weeks.

$489 for 2–3 days a week for 12 week session. T

These classes run throughout the year. All levels welcome

 

    What do kids learn on an “Intro To Boxing” classes?

    During the boxing class, we will focus on footwork, coordination, power, speed, focus mitts, bag work, boxing combinations and conditioning. These classes are great for self-esteem and confidence. They can also complement other sports your kids may be involved in.

    During our children, boxing classes all contact will be practiced using protective shields, pads, focus mitts and heavy bags led by an instructor. There is no direct contact with one student striking another student.

    Children will learn how to slip and avoid punches. The focus on technique, form, conditioning, power, speed, timing, coordination and balance will be emphasized.
