Kids and Teens Boxing classes in MK Boxing Gym

Our next Kids Intro To Boxing classes will begin next week:

• Tuesday, November 3 – December 15, 4:00-5:00 pm
• Saturday, November 7 – December 19, 9:30-10:30 am

We will only be taking a limited number of children, and this will be the last class until January 2021.

We will skip Thanksgiving week, and continue the following week.

The cost is $149 for 6 weeks (includes boxing gloves).  

 How does the boxing class look like?

During the boxing class, we will focus on footwork, coordination, power, speed, focus mitts, bag work, boxing combinations and conditioning. These classes are great for self-esteem and confidence. They can also complement other sports your kids may be involved in.

During our children, boxing classes all contact will be practiced using protective shields, pads, focus mitts and heavy bags led by an instructor. There is no direct contact with one student striking another student.

Children will learn how to slip and avoid punches. The focus on technique, form, conditioning, power, speed, timing, coordination and balance will be emphasized.

Classes are good for kids of 1st grade and up (sometimes we accept kids of K grade).
