Thanksgiving Day and Friday we will be closed. We will reopen on Saturday morning with our boxing class at 10:30am.
MK Boxing will be open on Wednesday until 3:00pm with the noon class only.

Pre-Teenage and Teenage group classes can be joined anytime throughout the year. These classes run on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm. You can only signup at the gym for these classees.
