The MK Boxing schedule will be as follows:
- Friday 5/23/2025 – Open with boxing at noon. We close at 3.
- Saturday 5/24/2025 – Open with the 10:30 boxing class.
- Sunday 5/25/2025 – Closed
- Monday 5/26/2025 – Memorial Day Closed
- Tuesday 5/27/2025 – Regular hours with all scheduled classes.
MK Boxing currently has a summer special for all college and high school students.
Save 5% on any 1,2 or 3 month prepaid plan. Must sign up at the gym. This is a great deal for students looking to stay in shape over the summer. All classes and use of the gym’s equipment 6 days a week.
The new Kids Intro to Boxing will begin
Saturday 6/8/2024, 9:30-10:30am. 6-week program.
The cost is $169 for one class.

Kids grades 4-10 boxing classes are ongoing throughout the year.
Sign up any time. Pick your day. Classes are held on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm and coached by Gail, Tracy, Pax, Travis and Mike.
- Cost for 12 weeks – 1 class per week is $279.
- For 2-3 classes per week (over 12 weeks) – cost is $489.
Shout out to FROGFIT
Another shout out to FROGFIT, they have their core and strength classes throughout the week held at MK Boxing and other locations. Classes are held both inside and outside and taught by a former Navy Seal Nick. Come and support a veteran, and get some Seal training.
