Help your kids build great self-esteem, confidence, conditioning, and coordination with MK Boxing Kids and Teens Boxing classes.
These classes are great for self-esteem and confidence. They can also complement other sports your kids may be involved in. Children will learn how to slip and avoid punches. The focus is on technique, form, conditioning, power, speed, timing, coordination and balance will be emphasized.
Our next Kids Intro To Boxing classes will begin on Saturday, March 18 from 9:30-10:30.
This is a 6-week program that is finishing on April 3. The cost is $169 for 1 session.

- For those in grades 4-8, 12-week programs are held on Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 pm. One session is $279 and for both sessions $399. You can join these classes anytime.
Tuesday's - 4-5 pm - Kids Intro To Boxing classes 6-week spring program.

There is no direct contact with one student striking another student.
During our children’s boxing classes, all contact will be practiced with protective shields, pads, focus mitts, and heavy bags led by an instructor.
