The next boxing classes for kids begin:
Tuesday 5/3-6/7 from 4-5 pm
Saturday 5/7-6/11/2022 from 9:30-10-30 am
Boxing classes for teens and adults:
Tuesday evening 5/3-6/7/2022 6:30-7:30 pm
Saturday 5/7-6/11/2022, 10:30-11:30 am
The cost is $169.00 for six weeks and $320.00 for both sessions.

Kids Sparring class
The next Kids Sparring class will begin on:
Monday from 3:30 to 4:30 starting 5/2.
This is a contact class, and you must have gone through previous boxing training with us to be considered.
Cost is $199.00 (with headgear), and $229.00 (if you do not have headgear).
For all these classes space is limited, so please reserve early.
How does the boxing class look like?
During the boxing class, we will focus on footwork, coordination, power, speed, focus mitts, bag work, boxing combinations, and conditioning. These classes are great for self-esteem and confidence. They can also complement other sports your kids may be involved in.
During our children, boxing classes all contact will be practiced using protective shields, pads, focus mitts, and heavy bags led by an instructor. There is no direct contact with one student striking another student.
Children will learn how to slip and avoid punches. The focus on technique, form, conditioning, power, speed, timing, coordination and balance will be emphasized.
