Kids Intro to Boxing 6-week program

Classes are good for kids of 1st grade and up.

Kids Advanced Boxing class 6-week program
This is a contact class. If you have little or no experience, you cannot do this class.
Mondays – starts on June 21, 2021
Time: 3:30-4:30pm.
Cost per person:
$199.00 (for those with headgear)
$229.00 (for those who’s new to the program and need headgear)
How does the boxing class look like?
During the boxing class, we will focus on footwork, coordination, power, speed, focus mitts, bag work, boxing combinations, and conditioning. These classes are great for self-esteem and confidence. They can also complement other sports your kids may be involved in.
During our children, boxing classes all contact will be practiced using protective shields, pads, focus mitts, and heavy bags led by an instructor. There is no direct contact with one student striking another student.
Children will learn how to slip and avoid punches. The focus on technique, form, conditioning, power, speed, timing, coordination and balance will be emphasized.
