No. That’s why you’re here. We’ll help you build fitness.

No. Your first classes focus on learning. There is no pressure to spar.
Is boxing safe?
Boxing is safe if taught properly. All contact will be practiced using protective shields, pads, etc., under the instructor’s supervision.
What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothes. Athletic shoes. Water. We’ll help with everything else.
